The costs (in New Zealand dollars) of an annual subscription are as follows:

Payment, which included the overseas postal levy of $9, is required by mid-November to be included in bulk payment to the UK. After that date you will have to make your own arrangements with the UK and you will lose the benefit of a £1.50 bulk payment discount.
Please note that an exchange rate of £0.46 to the NZ$ has been used which includes provision for Bank fees.
